Stipulations on Affiliation Status: Offerings at the Master's level are limited to the Master of Science in nursing delivered through a United States site only, and the Master of Business Administration degree, Master of Management, including delivery through partners at Skyline College, (United Arab Emirates), Skyline Business School (India), Universidad del Mar (Chile), and New York College (Greece). Commission notification required when new international partnerships are established, and for delivery of the Online Master of Science in Nursing through international partners. The Commission will not consider requests for additional programs until after the successful completion of the Spring 2010 focused visit.
Approval of New Degree Sites: Prior Commission approval required.
Approval of Distance Education Degrees: No prior Commission approval required.
Reports Required: Contingency Report: A contingency report is to be filed if there is any decision to offer a follow-on or secondary offering at least 90 days prior to such an offering so that the Commission may assess whether there may be a subsequent Change of Control under the Commission’s policies.
