Accreditation at the Master's level is limited to programs in areas the institution offered baccalaureate programs as of April 18, 2005 and to the Master of Public Affairs, the Master of Arts in Religion, the Master of Education, the Master of Arts in Teaching, the Master's in Educational Administration, the Master of Business Administration, and the Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership. The University may add military installations if documented and approved by the appropriate agencies and after notification to the Commission. The total number of degree programs may not exceed the number in operation on November 13, 2008.

Prior Commission approval required except for replacement military bases and sites in the Kansas City area as specified above. The total number of degree sites may not exceed the number in operation on November 13, 2008.
