Default Quality Checkup Visit Training

We have updated the Quality Checkup Visit Guide and posted it to the downloads section of www.aqip.org. You can also find on the homepage of the website a link that lets you view (or print, or email to someone) the list of this year's visits, the list of next year's visits, and groups of Frequently Asked Questions (and answers) concerning Quality Checkups. The FAQs do not duplicate the Quality Checkup Guide, but rather supplement it with useful advice and tips for teams and institutions.

We'll continue to update our resources, so keep an eye out for new information. And if there are any requests for new in-depth guides (How to Plan Your Visit, How to Compile Your Federal Compliance Materials, and so on), please send them in.

For those of you who participated in the conference call a few weeks ago, we applaud your patience. We're thinking about perhaps running smaller conference calls or recording another podcast. But now that we've published an updated edition of the Guide, we would like your ideas about what kind of Quality Checkup Visit Training would be most useful. Are there many experienced reviewers who would like to share some of their experience? Do many new reviewers have questions that they would like answered in a Q & A session? Would a series of short, topic-based discussions work best?

All ideas welcome!
