I have seen a good number of QM toolkits that have been put together for businesses over the years. There are obviously many levels of overlap, but they are largely for more industrial work environments.

I am looking for a quality improvement toolkit useful for both academics as well as other members of a higher education community. I have seen the Sprint toolkit and the Arizona toolkit, but I'd appreciate seeing a couple more before I started putting one together.

Any ideas on where to start?

Goal/QPC publishes a series of "toolkit" books that cover the basic quality tools quite well. Its "Memory Jogger" is worthwhile, and costs under $10. Find them at www.GoalQPC.com.
