Here is the April 2008 revision of AQIP's Quality Checkup Guide, with instructions for planning and conducting visits. It's designed to speak to both institutions and team members.
A new edition should be ready by June 2009, and it will cover some new wrinkles in the Higher Learning Commission's Federal Compliance Program -- verification of student identity in online education courses, communication of an institution's transfer policies -- as well as clear up some confusion about existing requirements, particularly inviting public comment before a visit.
