Documentation to Support a Change Request
A request for approval of a proposed change needs to provide a well-written and comprehensive analysis. To assist the institution in preparing its request, the Commission poses six questions for the institution to address in a narrative and identifies documentation that should be part of the request.
New Process Effective September 1
Institutions submitting change requests between July 1 and September 1, 2010, may choose to follow the Commission’s
new document requirements, or they may choose to follow the six question format currently in use.
After September 1, 2010, all change requests must follow the new process and document requirements unless other specific arrangements have been made with the Commission.
