AQIP Strategy Forum Preparation and Homework

Before attending an AQIP Strategy Forum, there is preparation that each institutional team needs to complete. Moreover, there is homework that must be submitted to aqip@hlcommission.org by the dates listed below:

Strategy Forum homework will be available by August 15, 2012.
