Stipulations on Affiliation Status:
Accreditation at the Masters level is limited to Master's degrees in the fields of Nursing, Business, Education and Health Sciences. No more than three additional Masters programs may be added prior to the next comprehensive visit in 2012-2013. Master's level offerings outside of these programs are limited to five courses or twenty semester hours a year. Accreditation at the Doctor's degree level is limited to the Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Approval of New Degree Locations:
The Commission's Notification Program is only available for operating and adding locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Minnesota, and Arizona, and for operating existing locations in Kansas and Missouri. Prior to the next comprehensive visit in 2012-13, the institution is limited to a net increase of ten additional locations (no matter in which states they are located) including military sites. The University will provide the Commission appropriate state authorization prior to opening cohort locations outside of North Dakota.
Approval of Distance and Correspondence Courses and Programs:
The institution has been approved under Commission policy to offer up to 100% of its total degree programs through distance education. The processes for expanding distance education are defined in other Commission documents.
