Accreditation notes: * Note on date of accreditation: In 1969, Indiana University at Fort Wayne and Purdue University at Fort Wayne were granted accreditation status. Prior to that time they had been included in the accreditation of their respective main campuses. In 1974, the institutions merged to become Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and the accreditation status was transferred to the new legal entity.
